What we do

As public institutions supervised by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, the INSA schools are authorised by the Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur (CTI, independent accreditation body for engineering degrees) to award the engineering degree and:

  • provide training for engineers and doctors
  • play an active part in scientific and technological research
  • develop continuing education for engineers and technicians and disseminate scientific culture
  • contribute to the performance of the French economy by training innovative managers
