Enrolment fees for the start of the 2025 academic year

Engineering Diploma or State Diploma in Landscape Design
(1st to 5th year)

1) you are French or a national of a country in the European Economic Area :
- if you have a scholarship, you do not have to pay any enrolment fees
- if you are on an apprenticeship or professional contract, you do not have to pay any enrolment fees
- if you are enrolling for a double diploma in France, contact the Registrar's Office (scolarite-blois@insa-cvl.fr or scolarite-bourges@insa-cvl.fr), which will determine the amount of your enrolment fees according to the partnership agreements
- if you are a national of a country in the European Economic Area other than France and you are enrolling in the International Bilingual Section, you should contact the International Relations Department (relationsinternationales@insa-cvl.fr), which will determine the amount of your enrolment fees, according to the terms of the partnership agreements
- otherwise, you will pay €628

2) you are a national of a country outside the European Economic Area: enrolment fees vary according to your situation.
If you are on an apprenticeship or professional contract, you do not have to pay any enrolment fees.
- If you were enrolled on a continuous basis at INSA Centre Val de Loire before the start of the 2019 academic year
- or if you are a political refugee
- or if you have been a resident of France for tax purposes or have been attached to a tax household in France for at least two years (in which case you must produce a tax notice for each year, drawn up during the year in question)
you will pay €628, regardless of the year in which you enrol.

- you are enrolling for a double degree or taking part in an academic exchange :
you should consult the International Relations Department (relationsinternationales@insa-cvl.fr), which will determine the amount of your enrolment fees, according to the terms of the partnership agreements.

- you are enrolling in the International Bilingual Section:

you should consult the International Relations Department (relationsinternationales@insa-cvl.fr), which will determine the amount of your enrolment fees, regardless of your nationality.

- you are not in any of the situations described above, but you are a national of one of the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Kiribati, Lao People's Democratic Republic (Laos), Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Niger, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Togo, Tuvalu, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Vanuatu, Yemen and Zambia:
you will pay €628 under a special partial exemption granted by the INSA Centre Val de Loire Board of Directors in the name of solidarity, cooperation, the French-speaking world and the strategic positioning of training and research, as decided within the INSA group, throughout the duration of your course.

- you were enrolled in an international course at INSA Centre Val de Loire in 2024-2025 and you are a national of one of the following countries: Colombia, Tunisia and Vietnam:
you will pay €628 under a special partial exemption granted by the Board of Directors of INSA Centre Val de Loire, only in 2025-2026.

- you are not in one of the situations described above:
you will pay €2,895 if you are enrolling in the 1st or 2nd year, €3,941 if you are enrolling in the 3rd, 4th or 5th year.

Master's Degree

1) you are French or a national of a country in the European Economic Area:
- if you have a scholarship, you do not have to pay any enrolment fees
- if you are enrolling for the Master's degree only, you will pay €254 
- if you are enrolling for a double degree (engineering and Master's), you will pay €166 for the Master's degree, in addition to the fee for the engineering degree (see above)

2) you are a national of a country outside the European Economic Area: enrolment fees vary according to your situation.
- If you were enrolled on a continuous basis at INSA Centre Val de Loire before the start of the 2019 academic year
- or if you are a political refugee
- or if you have been a resident of France for tax purposes or have been attached to a tax household in France for at least two years (in which case you must produce a tax notice for each year, drawn up during the year in question),
you will pay €254 for a principal enrolment, or €166 for a secondary enrolment (in addition to the engineering diploma).

you are enrolling for a double degree or taking part in an academic exchange :

- you are not in any of the situations described above, but you are a national of one of the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Kiribati, Lao People's Democratic Republic (Laos), Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Niger, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Togo, Tuvalu, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Vanuatu, Yemen and Zambia:
you will pay €254 for a primary enrolment (€166 for a secondary enrolment) under a special partial exemption granted by the INSA Centre Val de Loire Board of Directors in the name of solidarity, cooperation, the French-speaking world and the strategic positioning of training and research, as decided within the INSA group, for the duration of your course.

- you are not in any of the situations described above:
you will pay €3,941 for a principal enrolment, or €2,627 for a secondary enrolment.

Doctorate

Whatever your nationality:
- if you are enrolling as part of an international cooperation project, you should consult the International Relations Department (relationsinternationales@insa-cvl.fr), which will determine the amount of your enrolment fees, in accordance with the terms of the partnership agreements
- otherwise, you will pay €397.

Special or additional enrolments

1) gap year:
whatever your nationality, you will pay €419 if you are enrolling on an engineering, landscaping or masters course.

2) High-Level Sportsperson pathway:
regardless of your nationality, you pay an additional fee of €200 on top of the enrolment fees for the engineering, landscape design or Masters course.

3) Art and Engineering courses :
- if you are have a scholarship, you do not have to pay any additional fees
- if you are enrolling in one of the following courses: music, drama or dance, you do not have to pay any additional fees
- otherwise, whatever your nationality, you will pay an additional fee of €60, on top of the enrolment fees for engineering, landscape design or masters courses in the visual arts.
